Stop the Slouch

Over time we can develop bad habits while sitting standing and moving that include slouching which may lead to muscle fatigue and tension with the end result being poor posture. Poor posture can lead to pain that won't go away until you make some corrections to those bad habits and learn to move more efficiently.

Stop the slouch is a program teaching postural awareness, changes to everyday habits and stretch and strengthening exercises to transform your posture, decrease your everyday aches and pains and have you living your best life!

I have been helping clients for over 20 years to transform their physical wellbeing and take control of their health by helping them get stronger, improve their posture and master self management techniques.
